Job Description

Bennett and Game Recruitment LTD is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to oversee the development and enhancement of cold storage facilities across the UK.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Procurement of materials and labor
  • Compiling Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMs)
  • Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety regulations
  • Managing project timelines and programs
  • Liaising with stakeholders, providing regular project updates
  • Work with external providers and engineering teams

This role will require the Engineering Manager to split their time between the office in Newark and various project sites across the UK, as they will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously. The projects range in value, typically around £10 million, and include both new cold store constructions and upgrades to existing sites.

Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a Mechanical/HVAC/Industrial Refrigeration project management role
  • Ability to oversee multiple projects at any one time
  • Based within commutable distance to the office in Newark
