Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and empathetic individual to join our team as a youth support worker. The successful candidate will have a strong background in care or social work and be able to provide high-quality support to a 14-year-old boy.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to work effectively with the boy, his family, and other professionals. This role requires flexibility in scheduling and the ability to transport yourself for some travel across East Riding of Yorkshire.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality support to the boy, including emotional regulation and social skill development
  • Collaborate with other professionals to ensure the boy receives the best possible support
  • Maintain accurate records and provide regular updates to the boy's family
