Job Summary:

We're looking for an Employee Relations Specialist to join our Exertis team. As an Employee Relations Specialist, you'll work closely with our HR team to ensure a positive and productive work environment. You'll handle complex employee cases, providing guidance and support to employees and managers alike. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. About the Role:

This is a 6-month fixed-term contract, with the possibility of extension or permanent appointment. You'll be based in either our Burnley or Basingstoke office, working closely with the HR team to drive business objectives forward. Your flexibility and adaptability will be essential in managing multiple priorities and supporting the business's needs.

Your Responsibilities:

* Handle complex employee cases, providing guidance and support to employees and managers
* Collaborate with the HR team to drive business objectives forward
* Develop and implement effective HR solutions
* Utilize your expertise to advise stakeholders on employee relations matters

Requirements:

* Experience in employee relations management, ideally within a similar industry
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment

Benefits:

* Competitive salary: £42,000 - £52,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
* 25 days annual leave, with the option to purchase additional days off
