About the Role:

We are currently seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join our team on a temporary basis. This role offers the opportunity to provide expert advice and guidance on all HR-related matters, enabling managers to handle people management effectively while driving organisational success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver expert advice and guidance on Employee Relations (ER) matters, supporting managers in developing their capability.
  • Use management information and trend analysis to identify and address performance-related issues.
  • Ensure compliance with employment legislation, policies, and procedures, applying them consistently across the organisation.
  • Provide support for organisational changes, including restructures, TUPE transfers, and redundancy processes.
  • Prepare and manage documentation for Employment Tribunal cases, providing technical support where necessary.
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners and other team members to implement organisational initiatives and priorities.
  • Candidate should have Essential Skills and Experience as detailed below.

Salary: £20.81 per hour (Umbrella)
