A unique opportunity has arisen at Burton Bolton & Rose Recruitment Services Ltd for a skilled Facilities and Letting Manager to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage day-to-day administration related to rented properties and new residential developments, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with tenants, suppliers, and external partners, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  3. Oversee the coordination of new residential development projects, from initial planning to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  4. Coordinate facility management requirements for all properties in the portfolio, including repairs, maintenance, and capital improvements.
  5. Raise job sheets on a daily basis, allocate work to the maintenance team, and monitor progress to ensure timely completion.
  6. Liaise with tenants to confirm access to property and track work completed through to conclusion, maintaining accurate records and resolving any issues promptly.

Estimated salary: £42,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
