Job Title: SEO Site Manager

FRASERS GROUP is seeking a highly skilled SEO Site Manager to join our team. As a key member of our digital marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing the SEO strategy for our allocated site/brand, and for the overall performance of it.

Key Responsibilities:
  • SEO Performance: Own, drive, and optimize performance to achieve business goals.
  • Delivering the SEO Strategy: Work with the SEO Lead to develop the site's SEO roadmap and strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Team Management: Line manage the SEO Team, assisting with probationary reviews, 1:1s, ER, and hiring involvement, performance management, and engagement with Frasers Group annual performance cycles.
  • Reporting and KPIs: Monitor and improve the site's KPIs and revenue targets, providing data-driven insights to inform business decisions.
  • Insight and Opportunity Analysis: Highlight opportunities and developments across the channel, identifying areas for growth and improvement.
  • PR Campaigns: Work with the SEO Manager to deliver SEO link building campaigns, driving traffic and revenue to the site.
  • Best Practice: Stay abreast of and contribute to wider industry developments, sharing knowledge and expertise with the team.

Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience in an SEO-focused role, with the ability to lead and engage with direct reports.
  • Strong focus on the technical aspects of SEO, with a working knowledge of link building using various techniques.
  • Experience owning SEO responsibilities at a site that derives its revenue through consumer traffic.
  • Experience with keyword research and strategy, daily optimization, test plan construction, and in-depth analysis.
  • Experienced in creating and presenting campaign reports, including ROI and conversion rates.
  • Strong understanding of web usability and site design, with a quantitative approach to traffic measurement and experience with collecting and interpreting site visitor statistics.
  • Research skills to identify, build, and prioritize essential keyword sets.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to self-manage and keep track of multiple projects.
  • Genuine passion for SEO and online marketing, with experience in content marketing and social campaigns.
