Job Title: Content & Digital Marketing Executive

At Frasers Group, we're seeking a highly skilled Content & Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing effective digital marketing strategies to enhance our online presence and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • SEO Optimisation: Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve our website's visibility and search engine rankings.
  • Email Marketing: Design and send targeted email campaigns to promote our services, events, and membership offers.
  • Paid Advertising: Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns on Google, Meta, and other platforms to reach our target audience.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyse digital campaign performance using analytics tools, providing actionable insights to inform future marketing strategies.
  • Website Management: Ensure our website is up-to-date, user-friendly, and conversion-optimised, driving traffic and improving user experience.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with our marketing team, central teams, and stakeholders to align digital strategies and achieve business objectives.
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, social media management tools, CMS, and email marketing software.
  • In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms and trends, with the ability to create engaging and shareable content.
  • Understanding of SEO best practices and the ability to optimise content for search engines.
  • Analytical skills to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Creative thinking for developing innovative digital campaigns.
  • A focus on achieving measurable results and ROI for digital marketing initiatives.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for creating compelling content and engaging with our online community.
