About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Trading Specialist to join our team at Frasers Group. As a key member of our digital hub, you will play a crucial role in driving commercial growth across our household name brands.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute day-to-day trading of our website(s), working closely with our Trading Manager to achieve sales and contribution targets.
  • Manage reporting of daily, weekly, monthly, and annual trade, providing detailed analysis of key business drivers and informing action plans to ensure targets are met.
  • Analyse seasonal sales patterns to maintain commercial awareness, reporting on key competitors and customer behaviour.
  • Oversee and report on weekly content for site changes, campaigns, promotions, and brand partner updates.
  • End-to-end management of critical paths for campaign and promotional activity, including awareness of upcoming activities.
  • Ensure communication of product and trading strategies to all digital marketing and optimisation teams.
  • Assist with coordinating evergreen and seasonal content requirements to drive SEO, customer engagement, and conversion.
  • Manage the process of improving product content, supporting teams to resolve issues quickly to optimise sales.
People Management
  • Set clear objectives, goals, and development plans for Trading Assistants as relevant.
  • Collaborate effectively with key internal and external stakeholders, utilising appropriate communication and people management methods.
  • Be an active and positive contributor to the team, contributing to the overall e-commerce strategy.
  • Represent the Digital Trading Team across the wider business, ensuring e-commerce KPIs are understood and achievable for all.

We are looking for someone with valid working rights for the UK countries, analytical skills, strong reporting skills, and attention to detail. Advanced Google Analytics, Contentsquare, and Excel skills are also essential. Experience working within e-commerce platforms and at least two years of experience in a similar digital role in a retail or consumer brand are required.
