Job Title: Digital Director

As a Digital Director at Frasers Group, you will be responsible for leading the digital trading function across multiple fascia groups. This role requires a strong commercial acumen, analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a digital trading strategy that aligns with the company's commercial objectives.
  • Manage a team of Trading Managers to ensure effective trading performance and delivery of digital sales.
  • Work closely with the Group Head of Digital Trading to define and develop a digital strategy that meets the needs of the business.
  • Provide analytical insights and recommendations to inform business decisions and drive growth.
  • Collaborate with the Digital Marketing team to ensure product and trading strategies are aligned with the digital marketing strategy.
  • Lead and own the digital trading calendar, ensuring campaigns, promotions, and trading initiatives are executed effectively.
Requirements:
  • At least 7 years of experience in a similar e-commerce role in a retail or consumer brand.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience working with Google Analytics and Excel.
  • Valid working rights for the EMEA countries.
  • Experience working within e-commerce platforms.
