We are seeking a skilled 2nd Line Support Service Desk Engineer to join our team at Mustard Jobs. As a key member of our technical support team, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, resolving, and responding to clients' ticketed service desk enquiries, as well as providing onsite network support for clients in London.

Key Responsibilities:
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to VOIP, Office 365, Active Directory, and firewalls
