Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development of the dilapidations service line, driving growth and expansion.
  • Oversee a portfolio of high-profile projects across various sectors, including commercial, industrial, office, student accommodation, and build to rent.
  • Provide strong technical and commercial leadership, ensuring the delivery of high-quality projects and services.
  • Develop and implement business development strategies to drive growth and revenue.
  • Manage and develop a team of Building Surveyors, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure their success.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Building Surveyor, with a strong track record of delivering high-profile projects.
  • Excellent technical and commercial skills, with the ability to lead and manage complex projects.
  • Strong business development and leadership skills, with the ability to drive growth and revenue.
  • Previous experience in team management and business development is highly desirable.
