The Strategic Talent Advisor will play a key role in supporting the delivery of the people plan by assisting managers across recruitment, onboarding, change management, performance management, talent management, well-being, and employee engagement.

This role will involve providing recruitment support, assisting hiring managers throughout the recruitment and onboarding processes, and creating and managing talent pools to identify candidates for key roles.

The successful candidate will have experience in recruitment, ideally with a focus on in-house hiring, and knowledge of HR and employment law, including employee relations cases.

They will also have a CIPD Level 5 qualification and strong communication, organisation, and relationship-building skills at senior management level.

The company offers a salary of £35,000 plus benefits, hybrid working, and exciting opportunities for professional development.
