Adult Support Worker Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Adult Support Worker to join our team at Middleton Fells, a residential service in Cumbria. As an Adult Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting adults with Autism Spectrum conditions and learning disabilities to achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supporting adults with daily living tasks, such as personal care and household chores
  • Accompanying individuals to appointments and activities, promoting social inclusion and community engagement
  • Completing relevant paperwork and maintaining accurate records
  • Engaging individuals in meaningful activities and promoting their independence
Requirements:
  • Full UK driving licence, as regular travel is required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends
  • Compassion, patience, and a calm approach to challenging situations
