Salary: £ per hour

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residential Childcare Support Worker to join our team at Bay View on a casual basis. As a key member of our Residential Team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to young people with social, emotional, and behavioural difficulties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide a safe, secure, and homely environment for children and young adults in the home.
  • Support the development of individual care plans and contribute to the delivery of high-quality care.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with children, families, and external agencies.
  • Contribute to the creation of a culture of trust and mutual respect within the home.
  • Participate in activities with children, promoting their physical, emotional, and social development.
  • Ensure the highest possible standard of childcare is provided, adhering to Ofsted standards and Bay View policies.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues, families, and external agencies to ensure seamless care delivery.

Requirements:

  • Hold a Diploma Level in Working with Children & Young People.
  • Be over years of age.
  • Hold a full UK driving license.
