Job Summary:
A highly skilled Executive Assistant is sought after by a prestigious Global Law Firm. The successful candidate will provide high-quality administrative support to partners and lawyers, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. About the Role:
This role involves planning and delivering high-quality work while managing deadlines and competing priorities. You will coordinate and produce accurate documents and correspondence, including drafting engagement letters, reports, and presentations. Utilizing various services as appropriate, you will establish and maintain effective work practices with partners and lawyers to manage the matter life cycle from file opening to closure/archival. Additionally, you will proactively manage partner and lawyer diaries, organizing appointments, conferences, and meetings via multiple methods, considering lead and travel times, and coordinating meeting preparation and post-meeting actions.

Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional administrative support to partners and lawyers* Coordinate and produce accurate documents and correspondence* Manage partner and lawyer diaries, organizing appointments, conferences, and meetings* Proactively manage communications in and out of the partner and lawyer office* Maintain responsibility for ensuring everything is dealt with in a timely fashion* Coordinate the billing process, liaising with Revenue, editing bills, coordinating write-offs and discounts, collating bills and narratives in their final form as per firm policy and process

Requirements:
* Minimum of three years' experience as a Secretary/PA working in a professional services environment (legal experience desired)* Typing speed minimum of 55wpm with 98% accuracy* Intermediate to Advanced skill level with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word)* Proven high-level organizational and time management skills with the ability to think ahead, prioritize workload, respond to and manage changing circumstances, and work under pressure to meet deadlines* Ability to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities*
