About the Role
Omega Resource Group seeks an Integrated Solutions Engineer to join our dynamic team. As an Integrated Solutions Engineer, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality integrated security solutions to our clients. This involves attending calls for maintenance, collecting and recording site configuration information accurately, maintaining car stock levels, commissioning small projects, auditing quality procedures, and providing training to customers and colleagues.

To excel in this position, you should possess previous electrical/mechanical experience in installing and servicing access control, CCTV, intruder alarm systems. A strong understanding of fire alarm systems, particularly GENT-based systems, is desirable. Moreover, we require candidates to hold an IT qualification and/or Electrical/Electronic qualification. Additionally, they should demonstrate broad technical IT knowledge, including Windows Operating Systems installation, networking, and troubleshooting, as well as knowledge of basic electrical principles such as measuring voltage and current drain.

Your daily tasks may include attending meetings, responding to customer queries, and participating in car stock management. To succeed in this position, you must have excellent communication skills, be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, and possess excellent problem-solving abilities. Experience in auditing quality procedures, providing training to customers and colleagues, or managing car stock levels would be advantageous for your application.

We offer a highly competitive salary range of £40,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience, company car, 25 days holiday, workplace pension scheme, life assurance benefit, contributory healthcare scheme, eyecare vouchers, employee discount schemes, progression, training & development opportunities, and refer a friend scheme.
