Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Executive Director to lead our team at ElderNet, a nonprofit organization serving older and disabled adults in Lower Merion and Narberth. The successful candidate will have a strong track record of nonprofit management, leadership, and strategic planning, with a focus on community resources and social services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the ElderNet team, including Care Management Social Workers, Volunteer Manager, Pantry Manager, Finance Director, and Special Projects Manager.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to strengthen and expand ElderNet's services, including fundraising, marketing, and community outreach.
  • Build and maintain relationships with government agencies, foundations, and individual donors to secure funding and resources.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of ElderNet's budget, financial systems, and processes.
  • Represent ElderNet to key stakeholders, including the Board of Directors, staff, participants, and the public.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 7 years of related professional experience, with a strong track record of nonprofit management and leadership.
  • Advanced nonprofit organizational management skills, with the ability to lead and coach staff towards high performance.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trusting relationships with diverse staff, participants, and partners.
  • Ability to tailor messaging and communicate effectively with staff, participants, funders, partners, donors, government, media outlets, etc.
  • Commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility, with the ability to operationalize these values internally and programmatically.
Compensation:

Up to $110,000 annually, with benefits aligned with nonprofit industry standards.
