Associate Director of Data Management

Cradles to Crayons is seeking an experienced Associate Director to join our team in the tri-state region. As a key member of our Development Team, you will be responsible for building corporate relationships and collaborating with our Community Engagement Team to drive fundraising and product collection strategies.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate partners to drive revenue growth and product acquisition.
- Collaborate with the Director of Operations to develop and implement a strategic framework for corporate engagement.
- Contribute to new business development efforts by identifying and engaging prospective corporate partners.
- Support senior leadership in cultivating and soliciting corporate and foundation donors.
- Participate in volunteer shifts and serve as Manager On Duty as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in development, with a focus on corporate partnerships.
- Strong understanding of budgets and financial statements.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects.
