About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Associate Director, Data Management to join our team at Cradles to Crayons. This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of children and families in need.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate partners in the tri-state region.
  • Collaborate with the Development Team and Community Engagement Team to develop and implement fundraising and product collection strategies.
  • Work closely with the Director of Operations to develop and execute a strategic framework for product procurement and inventory management.
  • Identify and engage new corporate partners through proactive outreach and relationship-building.
  • Support senior leadership in cultivating and soliciting corporate and foundation donors.
  • Participate in volunteer shifts and serve as Manager On Duty as needed.
  • Contribute to organization-wide projects and special initiatives as assigned.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business, Organizational Development, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in development, with a strong understanding of budgets and financial statements.
  • Proven ability to manage staff and facilitate collaboration to achieve results.
  • Strong local network and knowledge of the greater Philadelphia and tri-state region non-profit sector.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems such as Salesforce or Raiser's Edge.

Cradles to Crayons is a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing children from birth through age 12 with the essential items they need to thrive. Our vision is that one day all children will have the essentials they need to succeed.

We take a three-pronged approach to mitigating Clothing Insecurity:

  • In-person Engagement: tens of thousands of children and adults volunteer at our Giving Factory warehouses to sort and package donations.
  • Online Product Donations: Giving Factory Direct matches product donors directly to children who need the items they have to donate.
  • Advocacy and Awareness: we raise Clothing Insecurity as a national issue through awareness campaigns, data/evaluation, and legislative outreach.
