We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Nursery Assistant to join our team at Teach360. As a key member of our nursery team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and education to children aged 0-7 years.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and supervise engaging and educational activities that promote children's cognitive, social, and emotional development.
- Manage daily schedules, including activities, meal times, and rest periods, to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all children.
- Observe and record children's behavior, identifying any areas of concern and implementing strategies to support their well-being.
- Provide physical care, including feeding and changing, to ensure the health and hygiene of our young charges.
- Communicate effectively with parents and colleagues to maintain open and transparent relationships.
- Ensure the safety and security of children at all times, adhering to our nursery's policies and procedures.
- Contribute to the development of children's numeracy and language skills through interactive activities and play-based learning.

Requirements- NVQ in childcare or equivalent qualification.
- Relevant working experience in a childcare setting.
