About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Helpline Team Leader to join our team at National Accident Helpline. As a key member of our Customer Operations team, you will be responsible for leading a team of Helpline Advisors and ensuring the effective and efficient running of the Helpline Centre.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of Helpline Advisors and provide guidance, instruction, and leadership to achieve departmental targets.
  • Ensure Helpline Advisors provide excellent front-line support to customers and facilitate their recovery journey.
  • Communicate performance and vision to all levels within Customer Operations.
  • Be an inspiring and motivational role model, people leader, and coach.
  • Proactively seek solutions to challenges and make quick decisions to resolve issues.
Requirements
  • Experience of building and managing relationships within and outside of Customer Operations.
  • Strong focus on delivery of results and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Confident stakeholder management and ability to influence and persuade.
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions based on data.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
