Electrical Team Leader Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Team Leader to join our team at Gap Construction. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of electrical engineers and technicians in the installation and maintenance of electrical systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Producing Risk Assessments and Method Statements
  • Managing and supervising work
  • Producing and managing project plans
  • Interfacing with client engineers
  • Ordering materials and hire equipment
  • Completing timesheets

Requirements:

  • Experience in control and automation
  • Experience in building and modifying control panels
  • Knowledge of BS 60204 Electrical equipment of machines and control panels
  • Experience in fault finding
  • Experience and knowledge of testing to BS7671
  • Ability to read schematic drawings
  • Fully qualified BS 7671 (IEE Wiring Regulations 18th Edition)
