Job Title: Procurement Specialist

Job Summary:

Bramwith Consulting is seeking a skilled Procurement Specialist to join its team in London. The successful candidate will have expertise in public sector procurement frameworks and be well-read on the Procurement Act 2023.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the re-procurement of existing public sector legal services frameworks, ensuring compliance with the latest Procurement Act 2023 and Procurement Regulations 2024.
  • Draft procurement documentation, including specification documents, notices, advertisements, and contract documents.
  • Provide guidance on potential challenges and support the execution of frameworks, including the management of Access Agreements, Framework Agreements, and Award administration.
  • Offer ad-hoc procurement advice and guidance to clients as needed.
Requirements:
  • In-depth understanding of the Procurement Act 2023, Procurement Regulations 2024, and "Light touch services" procurement processes.
  • Proven experience working within public sector organizations, particularly in managing professional services or legal services contract frameworks.
