We are seeking a highly motivated Freight Sales Operations Specialist to join our De Lacy Executive team.

In this role, you will play a critical part in supporting the Freight Division, driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.

  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets, leveraging CRM software to inform strategic decisions.
  • Manage customer relationships, resolving queries and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Contribute to the development of sales strategies, working closely with the sales and quality teams.
  • Participate in industry events and meetings, fostering relationships with key stakeholders and promoting De Lacy Executive's reputation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the sales team in achieving sales targets, driving revenue growth and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders, ensuring a high level of customer engagement.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience within a Sales Admin / Sales Executive role, preferably in the freight or logistics sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to build relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritising tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Estimated Salary: £42,000 - £52,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
