About the Role:

We are looking for a Customer Service Sales Specialist to join our team at JFC Group. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in maintaining customer service levels while supporting area sales managers to meet their targets.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Support the external sales team by providing excellent customer service and administrative assistance.
  • Record all interactions with customers on CRM software, including phone calls, meetings, and emails.
  • Process sales orders, respond to customer inquiries, and resolve any issues in a timely manner.
  • Build strong relationships with customers through effective communication and negotiation skills.
  • Contribute to sales reports, marketing campaigns, and other business development initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years' experience working in a sales/administrative environment.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using ERP and CRM systems, as well as Microsoft Office suite.
  • A strong working knowledge of the Agriculture/Equine industry is highly advantageous.

Estimated Salary: £28,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
