Registered Nurse (RGN) - Bank - Care Home

About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RGN) to join our team at Barchester Healthcare. As a Bank Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, psychological, and social needs are met.

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have current NMC registration and a strong understanding of clinical practices. Experience in producing well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments is essential. You will also need to be familiar with regulatory frameworks, including DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality care to residents, ensuring their physical, psychological, and social needs are met.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans, taking into account residents' needs and preferences.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and implement measures to mitigate risks.
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.

Requirements:

  • Current NMC registration.
  • Strong understanding of clinical practices.

  • Familiarity with regulatory frameworks, including DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines.

Working Hours:

This is a Bank position, which means you will work on an as-needed basis to provide cover for annual leave, sick leave, or other absences. Your working hours will vary, but you will have the flexibility to choose when you work.
