About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RGN) to join our team at a Barchester care home. As a Bank Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, psychological, and social needs are met.
About You:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have current NMC registration and a good understanding of the most up-to-date clinical practices. Experience of producing well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments is essential, as is an understanding of regulatory frameworks, including DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
- Current NMC registration.
