About the Role

We are seeking an Administrative Service Coordinator to join our team at Royal Mail Group. As a key member of our In Life Control Team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality administrative services that meet our agreed service levels and data input to relevant systems and software.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver administrative services that meet agreed service levels and data input to relevant systems and software.
  • Check, verify, reconcile, and analyze data to identify problematic issues.
  • Maintain accurate and relevant data, including electronic and hard copy filing, and extract data for query resolution.
  • Provide general administrative support, including telephone call handling, and process and handle customer requests, problems, and issues effectively with a strong customer focus.
  • Produce invoices and resolve queries, and work with suppliers to deliver against agreed delivery schedules.
  • Check, process, and pay invoices, and maintain a shared inbox contact at all required times.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will possess excellent IT skills, with experience in a range of software packages, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. You will also have great organizational and time management skills, and be able to demonstrate good team working skills.

Shift Pattern

The successful candidate will work 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with typical hours of 08:00 – 16:30. Rotational flexibility will be required, and flexible and hybrid working is offered.
