About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Transmission Control Engineer to join our team in Perth. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Net Zero Pathway to 2030.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Coordinate commissioning programs and operational data to ensure seamless power system analysis and electricity flow management.
  2. Conduct power system analysis to identify areas for improvement and optimize network performance.
  3. Develop and implement SCADA displays and PSS/E models to support network changes and ensure real-time commissioning and switching up to 400kV.
  4. Work collaboratively with the team to achieve results and thrive under pressure.
Requirements
  1. A minimum of an HNC in electrical engineering and ideally have experience as a senior authorized person (SAP).
  2. A flexible and proactive approach to work, with a strong background in electrical power system operation.
