Job Description

As a Senior Kitchen Manager at Dine, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our kitchens, ensuring that our food services meet the highest standards. You will be responsible for monitoring inventories, maintaining hygiene standards, and complying with food safety regulations. Additionally, you will support the creation of new menus and creative food concepts, and represent Dine in a positive and professional manner.

Estimated Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum

Requirements:

  • Hold a Food Hygiene certificate
  • Have a flexible approach to working
