Red Kite Waste is seeking a seasoned Sales Executive to drive business development for their tankered waste services across Bristol and the South West.

Our client is a market-leading organisation in Liquid waste management, offering comprehensive solutions to customers in various sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets for Tankered waste services.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and presentations.
  • Prepare and deliver sales proposals and presentations that effectively communicate service offerings to prospective clients.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers to ensure their needs are met and identify further sales opportunities.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, legislative changes, and technological advancements within the liquid waste management and wastewater sector.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure a high level of customer service and that client expectations are fulfilled.
  • Provide regular progress reports to management on sales targets, customer issues, and market intelligence.
  • Represent the company in industry events, trade shows, and professional associations to enhance its profile and develop new business leads.
  • Achieve a deep understanding of the company's service portfolio and the regulatory framework governing tankered waste management to offer compliant and sustainable solutions to clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements while ensuring compliance with company policies and legal guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record as a Field Sales Executive against targets in a business development environment, demonstrated within the Liquid waste, non-hazardous waste management / industrial services sector.
