Job Title: Care Home Manager

About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading provider of elderly and dementia care as a Care Home Manager. As a Care Home Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality care is provided to residents, while also driving business growth and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure high-quality care standards are met and maintained across all areas of the home
- Lead and manage a team of carers and nurses to deliver exceptional patient care
- Develop and implement effective strategies to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency
- Collaborate with senior leaders to identify opportunities for improvement and implement change initiatives

Salary and Benefits:
- £60,000 per annum + 10% Performance Bonus

Requirements:
- RGN/RMN or QCF Level 5 qualification
- Proven experience in a senior leadership role within healthcare
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
