**Job Title:** Care Home Deputy Director

The Leader Recruitment Group is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Care Home Deputy Director in a Residential Children's home. This role involves leading a team to provide therapeutic care and support for children with complex needs, emotional and behavioural difficulties or challenging behaviour.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading a team to provide high-quality care services and strategic planning.
  • Mentoring and supervising staff to develop their skills and knowledge.
  • Facilitating care-focused training to improve the quality of care provided.

Requirements:

  • 2 years' experience in a Residential Children's home.
  • NVQ Level 3 in Residential Childcare.
  • Knowledge of Ofsted legislation and safeguarding procedures.
  • UK driving license.
