Job Title: Care Manager for Residential Children's Home

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated individual to fill the role of a Care Manager for our residential children's home in Spalding, United Kingdom.

About the Role:

  • Lead the team in providing high-quality care and support to young people with Learning Disabilities.
  • Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
  • Foster a nurturing environment where young people can flourish and develop their potential.

Requirements:

  • QCF Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care and Children and Young People's Services (to be obtained within 3 years of starting to manage the children's home) OR Registered Managers Award/NVQ 4 in Health and Social Care and Management. OR Relevant management qualification (equivalent to the Level 5 Diploma).
  • Minimum of 2 years in a management position within residential care of children in the last 5 years.
  • Worked within Ofsted inspection framework.

Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum (dependent on experience) + benefits package.
