Key Responsibilities- Strategic Direction: Set and maintain strategic direction across the portfolio, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Team Management: Maintain and develop the team structure, focusing on talent development and succession planning.
- Project Leadership: Lead full lifecycle projects from opportunity development through to handover, ensuring delivery against key performance measures.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards, maintaining a strong focus on Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE).
- Client Relationships: Foster and maintain excellent relationships with clients, partners, and subcontractors, ensuring a collaborative and mutually beneficial partnership.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- Proven experience in a similar role, with a background in project management and/or construction.
- Ability to work in a highly regulated environment, with a strong focus on HSE.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
