We are seeking an experienced Framework Manager to lead our prestigious DDP/ADAPT portfolio, valued up to £10 million. This is a unique opportunity to take responsibility for the management and oversight of all safety, quality, time, cost, and people matters.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Direction: Set and maintain strategic direction across the portfolio, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Team Management: Maintain and develop the team structure, focusing on talent development and succession planning.
  • Project Leadership: Lead full lifecycle projects from opportunity development through to handover, ensuring delivery against key performance measures.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards, maintaining a strong focus on Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE).
