Production Optimisation Lead

Role Description:
We are seeking an experienced Process Engineer to join our team in Whitstable, contributing to the development and improvement of our manufacturing processes. As a key member of our moulding department, you will focus on increasing efficiency and quality, while working closely with our design team to support product verification.
Key Performance Indicators:
- Develop and refine manufacturing processes for new and existing products
- Ensure accurate product documentation and effective cross-departmental communications
- Support the design team through product verification
- Offer expert advice on process-related matters
- Adhere to our flexible working schedule (Monday to Thursday: 8am-4:30pm, Friday: 8am-2pm)
Person Specification:
- At least 1 year of experience as a Process Engineer or similar in a Manufacturing environment
- Relevant qualifications and knowledge in Manufacturing or Production
- Located in a commutable area to Whitstable
