We are recruiting a Building Programme Lead to manage our construction projects from start to finish.

Working Hours:

  1. Monday - Friday
  2. 09:00am - 17:00pm

Contract Type: Temp Contract

Pay Rate: £43 per hour via umbrella, estimated annual salary: £89,760

Job Summary

This role involves leading the building programme, ensuring timely completion, high-quality products, and adherence to company policies and procedures.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Lead the building programme, coordinating with site managers, sub-contractors, and suppliers.
  2. Develop and implement project plans to meet customer expectations.
  3. Work closely with the Sales Team to ensure customer satisfaction.
  4. Monitor and control project costs to stay within budget.
  5. Identify and address any project-related issues promptly.
