Job Title: 1-1 Behaviour Teaching Assistant for Year 2 Child

At SANZA Teaching Agency, we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behaviour Teaching Assistant to support a Year 2 child at a primary school in Willesden, Brent. This role involves providing tailored support to a pupil with behavioural needs, helping them to engage positively with their learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide individualised support to a Year 2 child with behavioural needs
  • Implement effective behaviour management strategies to promote positive behaviour
  • Collaborate with the teaching staff to develop and implement individualised learning plans
  • Support the child in developing social and emotional skills
Requirements:
  • Experience working with children with behavioural needs in an educational setting
  • Strong behaviour management skills and ability to implement effective strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
