Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Nurse Triage Specialist to join our team at Dream Medical's Urgent Care Centre in West Bromwich. As a key member of our primary care team, you will play a vital role in assessing patients and determining the most appropriate course of treatment.

This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated nurse to work in a fast-paced environment, utilizing their exceptional clinical skills and triage expertise to provide high-quality patient care.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in Primary Care, Urgent Care Centres, A&E or Practice Nursing and possess excellent communication skills to effectively assess and manage patient needs.

About the Role:

  • Work on a range of hours from part-time to full-time, including days, evenings, nights, and weekends
  • Assess patients and determine the most appropriate course of treatment
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with colleagues and patients
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with best practices
