Job Title: Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Consultant to join our team and contribute to the growth of our business. As a Consultant, you will be responsible for project delivery and management, client management, and business development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Management: Deliver multiple projects of varying size, establish project plans, and schedule check-ins with the team to track progress.
  • Analytical Insight: Carry out data gathering activities, lead moderation for focus groups, and review analysis produced by the team.
  • Client Management: Manage client relationships, schedule regular touch points, and provide project updates.
  • People Management: Nurture and develop talent in the team, set stretching objectives, and facilitate development opportunities.
  • Business Development & Marketing: Lead research and data gathering for marketing and pitch material, keep in touch with past and existing clients, and write Pragmatists articles.
About You
  • 3-5 years' experience in the consulting, property, aviation, or travel retail sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of the global retail and travel retail sector, including brands, retail formats, commercial layouts, and operational challenges.
  • Understanding of brand performance metrics, catchment analysis, demand modelling, space modelling, revenue forecasting, and leasing structures.
  • Ability to manage junior and senior members of staff, work independently or as part of a team, and present internally and externally.
  • Good project and time management skills, attention to detail, and a proactive and engaged attitude.
