Business Development Manager for Biogas Feedstock Acquisition

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to secure food waste for the growing network of Biogas plants, ensuring long-term profitability and brand value maximization.
About the RoleThis is a critical position within our organization, responsible for generating sales leads and assisting in the acquisition of feedstock sources from new clients.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategies to identify and acquire new feedstock sources
- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including farmers, suppliers, and industry partners
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of feedstock into our Biogas production process
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the industry
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- A proven track record in business development, preferably in the renewable energy or agricultural sectors
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, agriculture, or environmental science
In return for your expertise and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, you will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
