About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Undertake nursing assessments and evaluations to develop appropriate care plans based on individual patient needs.
- Deliver proficient care to patients, ensuring their safety and well-being throughout the perioperative period.
- Ensure safe administration of medications in accordance with NMC and CHS policies.
- Maintain accurate records in accordance with CHS policy and NMC guidelines.
- Perform nursing procedures and techniques in accordance with agreed policies and standards.
- Participate in regular mandatory training to maintain and enhance clinical skills.
