About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Theatre Practitioner to join our team at Worcestershire Acute Hospitals NHS Trust. As a Theatre Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Undertake nursing assessments and evaluations to develop appropriate plans of care based on individual needs.
  • Deliver care to patients with proficiency and compassion.
  • Ensure safe administration of drugs in accordance with NMC and CHS policies.
  • Maintain accurate records in accordance with CHS policy and NMC guidelines.
  • Perform nursing procedures and techniques in accordance with agreed policies and standards.
  • Participate in regular mandatory training to stay up-to-date with current nursing practices.
