About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Theatre Nurse to join our team at Worcestershire Acute Hospitals NHS Trust. As a Theatre Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Undertake nursing assessments and evaluations to develop appropriate care plans for patients.
  • Deliver safe and effective care to patients, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.
  • Administer medications and treatments in accordance with NMC and CHS policies.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, adhering to CHS policy and NMC guidelines.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Participate in regular mandatory training to stay up-to-date with current nursing practices.

Requirements
  • A minimum of 6 months paid experience in an Acute hospital in Theatre environment within the last 3 years.
  • Compliance with NMC Professional Registration and adherence to current nursing practices.
