**Job Overview:**
We are seeking an experienced EHS Compliance Specialist to join our team at Raytheon UK. This role will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance on environmental, health, and safety matters across the organization.
**Responsibilities:**
- Lead and develop EHS programs and initiatives
- Provide training and support to employees
- Conduct audits and inspections
- Develop and implement compliance plans
- Analyze and report on EHS performance metrics
**Requirements:
We are looking for a highly motivated individual with a strong background in environmental health and safety. The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role and possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
**Salary Range:** £45,000 - £60,000 per annum.
