Role Summary

Raytheon Technologies seeks a dedicated EHS Generalist to support our UK EHS team. The ideal candidate will provide guidance to management and employees, ensuring compliance with UK regulations and Corporate EHS Standards.

Main Responsibilities

  • Lead various projects, presenting plans to key stakeholders and demonstrating initiative in developing EHS programmes.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of the EHS management system and provide advice and guidance to colleagues.
  • Participate in audits, inspections, and incident investigations, ensuring compliance with COSHH regulations.
  • Prepare and present at site EHS committee meetings and maintain accurate documentation for audits.
  • Assist with site compliance and contribute to continuous improvement activities.

Requirements

  • Relevant professional qualification, such as a NEBOSH General Certificate.
  • Experience in a manufacturing/engineering environment and knowledge of ISO14001 and ISO45001.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
  • High level of initiative and commitment to meeting goals, with a strong analytical skillset.
  • Member of a relevant industry professional body or working towards.

  • Willingness to enhance existing knowledge and qualifications, with a focus on auditing and compliance.
