About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Specialist to join our HR team at Novelis. As a Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and executing the end-to-end payroll process for approximately 250 colleagues.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and execute the end-to-end payroll process, including payroll processing, deductions, and reporting.
- Monitor, resolve, and escalate payroll and pension-related issues.
- Maintain accurate payroll records and reports.
- Liaise with auditors and provide information as necessary.
- Ensure compliance with all payroll-related regulations and legislation.
- Work with an outsourced payroll provider to ensure seamless payroll processing.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in payroll management.
- Knowledge of ADP iHCM and ADP Realtime (time and attendance) is advantageous.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Computer literate in Microsoft Office and Teams.

Location
The Novelis Latchford plant is a suburb of Warrington, Cheshire, England, and employs approximately 200 employees. It is one of Europe's largest aluminum used beverage cans recycling plants and Europe's largest closed-loop recycling operation for automotive aluminum rolled products.
