We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Real Life Options. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with learning disabilities, mental health issues, and Autism to live fulfilling lives.
About the RoleThis is a permanent, full-time position with a competitive hourly rate of £12.00. The successful candidate will be required to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends, with waking night shifts being essential. Previous experience is desirable, but full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities- Support individuals with learning disabilities, mental health issues, and Autism to achieve their goals and live independently.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with service users, their families, and other stakeholders.
- Work collaboratively with the support team to ensure a consistent approach and meet individual needs.
- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- A minimum of 28 days paid holiday per year, including bank holidays (pro-rata for part-time staff).
- Accredited training to equip you with the knowledge and skills to deliver exceptional support.
