Job Description
Berry Recruitment is looking for an experienced Financial Controller Assistant to join their team in King's Lynn. As a key member of the finance team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the financial controller, including credit control, reporting, and general accounting tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
- Credit Control: Monitor customer accounts, chase overdue payments, and maintain accurate credit records
- Reporting: Prepare aged debt reports, update account statuses, and assist with month-end reporting
- Cash Flow Support: Ensure accurate payment application and support cash flow by reducing overdue accounts
- General Accounts: Assist with invoicing, reconciliations, and other accounting tasks as needed

Requirements:
- 1+ year of experience in credit control or accounts receivable
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g., Xero, Sage) and Excel
- Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills
