Job Summary:

BMS Performance is seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Sales Development Manager to join our team in Bristol. As a Sales Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers to identify new business opportunities and increase sales revenue.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and lead generation.
  • Work closely with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics.
  • Provide sales support and training to the sales team to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
